About Us

We are a Church of England school located in the town of Broseley, Shropshire. After opening in 1967, the school has served the community for almost 60 years. In our April 2023 OfSTED report it states: 'The school is at the centre of its community. Pupils love sharing their knowledge about their local market town. The school’s Christian ethos helps pupils understand how to be a good citizen.'

At Broseley C of E Primary School we strive to enable all pupils and staff to 'Let their Light Shine'. Our core Christian values of Love, Trust, Hope and Perseverance underpin our aims and all that we do here at school.

Our school has a pupil intake number of 252 and our children are proud to attend our school. We work tirelessly to create and maintain a warm and caring ethos where everyone is made to feel welcome. 'Pupils are happy and look forward to their school day. Leaders have high expectations for all pupils, including pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Pupils work hard in lessons and achieve these expectations.' (OfSTED, 2023)
