Vision and Values

The vision for all pupils and staff at Broseley C of E Primary School is that they are able to Let their Light Shine. Our Vision is underpinned by core Christian values: love, hope, trust and perseverance. As a Church school, our vision and values are underpinned by theology. They permeate all that we do, all that we believe, and demonstrate all that we aspire to be. School Development Plan for 2025-2026*

This plan has been created by our teaching team with input from all staff, pupils and parents. It is shared with our governing body and pupils and evaluated on a termly basis. Each day pupils are spoken to, lessons are visited and learning is evaluated to ensure impact. Our monitoring and evaluation processes are Quality Assured by the Local Authority and colleagues at the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust.
